I came to design from a software engineering background, which means I think about feasibility as much as usability. At SSE, I work as a generalist designer across research, UI, and service design, currently leading the design of the customer account portal - researching how business customers actually use their tools, then turning that into something simpler.

I'm told I'm creative, independent, rational, and communicative, and I'd add that I care about getting things actually done, not just designed.
